　　3.1標(biao)誌樁

　　3.1 Signpost

　　3.1.1 高壓和(he)超高(gao)壓管道（P＞1.6MPa）必(bi)須設(she)置標(biao)誌樁。

　　3.1.1 High pressure and ultra-high pressure pipelines (P>1.6MPa) must be marked with stakes.

　　3.1.2 其(qi)他(ta)壓力級(ji)制(zhi)管道可(ke)設(she)置標(biao)誌樁。

　　3.1.2 Other pressure grade pipelines may be marked with stakes.

　　3.1.3 標(biao)誌樁宜采用(yong)塑料或其(qi)他(ta)非(fei)金(jin)屬(shu)符(fu)合(he)材(cai)料。

　　3.1.3 Sign posts should be made of plastic or other non-metallic materials that comply with regulations.

　　3.1.4 標(biao)誌樁設(she)置的(de)位置和(he)間(jian)距應(ying)符(fu)合(he)下(xia)列規定：

　　The position and spacing of marker posts should comply with the following regulations:

　　1）標(biao)誌樁應(ying)安(an)裝(zhuang)在(zai)管道的正(zheng)上(shang)方(fang)，當(dang)標(biao)誌樁用作轉(zhuan)角樁(zhuang)時，應(ying)安(an)裝(zhuang)在(zai)轉(zhuan)角段(duan)中(zhong)點(dian)的正(zheng)上(shang)方(fang)。當(dang)管道正(zheng)上(shang)方(fang)沒(mei)有(you)安(an)裝(zhuang)條件(jian)時(shi)，可(ke)設(she)置在(zai)相(xiang)對(dui)距離(li)教近(jin)的路(lu)邊綠化(hua)帶內(nei)，並在標(biao)誌樁上(shang)標(biao)明(ming)管樁適(shi)意(yi)圖(tu)可(ke)如下(xia)所示。

　　1) The marker post should be installed directly above the pipeline. When the marker post is used as a corner post, it should be installed directly above the midpoint of the corner section. When there are no installation conditions directly above the pipeline, it can be set in a relatively close roadside green belt, and the pipe pile suitability diagram can be marked on the marker post as shown below.

　　2）全封(feng)閉(bi)禁(jin)入道路(lu)不(bu)得設(she)置標(biao)誌樁。

　　2) No sign posts shall be set up on fully enclosed restricted roads.

　　3）標(biao)誌樁的安裝(zhuang)間(jian)距宜(yi)為100m.地(di)面平(ping)坦(tan)、視礙(ai)少、管道路(lu)由順(shun)直(zhi)的(de)情(qing)況,標(biao)誌樁的安裝(zhuang)間(jian)距可(ke)大於(yu)100m。特殊地(di)段(duan),事故多發地(di)段(duan)可(ke)以(yi)縮(suo)短(duan)安裝(zhuang)間(jian)距。

　　3) The installation spacing of marker posts should be 100m. In the case of flat ground, less obstruction, and straight pipeline routing, the installation spacing of marker posts can be greater than 100m. Special areas and accident prone areas can shorten the installation distance.

　　4）標(biao)誌樁的正(zheng)面應(ying)包(bao)含(han)警(jing)示用(yong)語並面向道(dao)路(lu)。

　　4) The front of the sign post should contain warning language and face the road.

　　3.1.5 標(biao)誌樁的形(xing)狀(zhuang)應(ying)符(fu)合(he)下(xia)列規定：

　　3.1.5 The shape of the marker post shall comply with the following regulations:

　　1）高(gao)壓(ya)和(he)超高(gao)壓管道標(biao)誌樁應(ying)為(wei)立方(fang)體，由樁(zhuang)和(he)樁帽組成(cheng)。

　　1) The marker posts for high and ultra-high pressure pipelines should be cubic, consisting of piles and pile caps.

　　2）其(qi)他(ta)壓力級(ji)制(zhi)管道標(biao)誌樁應(ying)為(wei)三(san)角(jiao)形(xing)柱體。

　　2) The marking stakes for other pressure grade pipelines should be triangular columns.

　　3.1.6 標(biao)誌樁的尺寸(cun)可(ke)按(an)以(yi)下(xia)規定選(xuan)取(qu).

　　The size of the marker post can be selected according to the following regulations

　　1)立方(fang)體標(biao)誌樁的尺寸(cun)為150mm×150mm× 1000mm。

　　1) The size of the cube marker post is 150mm x 150mm x 1000mm.

　　2)等(deng)邊三(san)角(jiao)形(xing)柱體標(biao)誌樁的尺寸(cun)為b×h：150mm× 1000mm。

　　2) The size of the equilateral triangular column marker post is b × h: 150mm × 1000mm.

　　3.1.7 標(biao)誌樁的內(nei)容(rong)必(bi)須包(bao)含管道權屬(shu)單(dan)位名(ming)稱(cheng)、警(jing)示用(yong)語、聯(lian)系電(dian)話(hua)。

　　3.1.7 The content of the marker post must include the name of the pipeline ownership unit, warning language, and contact phone number.

　　3.1.8 標(biao)誌樁的內(nei)容(rong)可(ke)包(bao)括標(biao)誌樁編號(hao)、壓力管道使用登(deng)記(ji)編(bian)號(hao)、管道區域(yu)名(ming)稱(cheng)、企業標(biao)識(shi)等。

　　3.1.8 The content of the marker post may include the marker post number, pressure pipeline registration number, pipeline area name, enterprise identification, etc.

　　3.1.9 標(biao)誌樁的顏色(se)應(ying)符(fu)合(he)下(xia)列規定：

　　3.1.9 The color of the marker post shall comply with the following regulations:

　　1)標(biao)誌樁的基色(se)應(ying)為(wei)白(bai)色(se)。標(biao)誌樁上(shang)的(de)文字和(he)數字(zi)應(ying)為(wei)紅(hong)色(se)。

　　2)標(biao)誌樁的頂部(bu)應(ying)為(wei)橙(cheng)黃(huang)色(se)（Y100M70）。高度(du)為(wei)50mm。3)橙(cheng)黃(huang)色(se)的下(xia)端(duan)應(ying)有(you)20mm高(gao)度的(de)反光帶。

　　2) The top of the marker post should be orange yellow (Y100M70). The height is 50mm. 3) The lower end of the orange yellow color should have a 20mm high reflective tape.

　　4)當(dang)標(biao)誌樁用作轉(zhuan)角樁(zhuang)時，應(ying)在(zai)標(biao)誌樁頂部(bu)用(yong)箭(jian)頭(tou)示意(yi)。箭(jian)頭的顏(yan)色(se)應(ying)為(wei)綠色(se)。3.1.10標(biao)誌樁的安裝(zhuang)應(ying)符(fu)合(he)下(xia)列規定：

　　4) When the marker post is used as a corner post, an arrow should be indicated at the top of the marker post. The color of the arrow should be green. 3.1.10 The installation of marker posts shall comply with the following regulations:

　　1)標(biao)誌樁基礎(chu)應(ying)澆(jiao)築(zhu)混凝(ning)土固(gu)定，確保安裝(zhuang)穩(wen)固(gu)。

　　1) The foundation of the marker post should be fixed with concrete pouring to ensure stable installation.

　　2)標(biao)誌樁應(ying)垂(chui)直(zhi)安(an)裝(zhuang)。

　　2) The marker post should be installed vertically.

　　3.2 警(jing)示牌(pai)

　　3.2.1警(jing)示牌(pai)宜采(cai)用(yong)非(fei)金(jin)屬(shu)復合材(cai)料。

　　3.2.1 Warning signs should be made of non-metallic composite materials.

　　3.2.2警(jing)示牌(pai)宜設(she)置在(zai)以(yi)下(xia)地(di)點(dian)：

　　3.2.2 Warning signs should be placed in the following locations:

　　1)易發生(sheng)或已(yi)多次(ci)發(fa)生(sheng)危(wei)及(ji)管道行為的(de)區(qu)域(yu)。

　　1) Areas where pipeline safety hazards are prone to occur or have occurred multiple times.

　　2)管道靠(kao)近工(gong)業建(jian)築(zhu)、堆(dui)場等(deng)需(xu)要加(jia)強管道保護的地(di)方(fang)。

　　2) Pipelines located near industrial buildings, storage yards, and other areas that require enhanced pipeline safety protection.

　　3.2.3警(jing)示牌(pai)應(ying)設(she)置在(zai)面(mian)向道(dao)路(lu)，便於(yu)觀察(cha)，距管道中(zhong)心(xin)線(xian)1.5米處(chu)。如果設(she)置位置在(zai)道(dao)路(lu)車行(xing)道、人(ren)行道(dao)上(shang)，可(ke)設(she)置在(zai)相(xiang)對(dui)距離(li)較近(jin)的路(lu)邊綠化(hua)帶內(nei)。

　　3.2.3 Warning signs should be placed facing the road for easy observation, 1.5 meters away from the centerline of the pipeline. If the location is on a roadway or sidewalk, it can be set in a relatively close roadside green belt.

　　3.2.4 警(jing)示牌(pai)的基(ji)色(se)應(ying)為(wei)白(bai)色(se)，文字(zi)和(he)數字(zi)應(ying)為(wei)紅(hong)色(se)。

　　3.2.5警(jing)示牌(pai)中(zhong)的(de)標(biao)誌應(ying)按(an)照(zhao)禁(jin)止、限制(zhi)、指令(ling)、警(jing)告(gao)、提示的(de)順(shun)序(xu)，先左(zuo)後右(you)，先(xian)上(shang)後(hou)下(xia)的排(pai)列。

　　The signs in warning signs should be arranged in the order of prohibition, restriction, instruction, warning, and prompt, from left to right and from top to bottom.

　　3.2.6 警(jing)示牌(pai)的內(nei)容(rong)可(ke)包(bao)括警(jing)示錨地(di)、開挖(wa)標(biao)誌、警(jing)示用(yong)語、管道權屬(shu)單(dan)位名(ming)稱(cheng)和(he)聯系電(dian)話(hua)。
